The ECOF-[AP1/S1]M single convection oven is full-size. The oven supports 12-inch by 20-inch, 2-1/2-inch-deep steam table pans in its supplied pan-slide arrangement. The single ECOF-[AP1/S1]M oven accommodates 10 12-inch by 20-inch pans simultaneously. The oven supports 18-inch by 26-inch pans in its supplied pan-slide arrangement. The single ECOF-[AP1/S1]M oven accommodates 5 18-inch by 26-inch pans simultaneously. The ECOF model draws 48.6 A at 240 V AC, 1-phase. Each single oven unit has an 11.7 kW electric input. The ECOF and ECOF-2 models require installation under an approved vent hood. The Accu-Plus control package uses simple knob-set time and temperature controls. The Accu-Plus control package includes a HIGH-LOW speed fan switch. The Accu-Plus control package includes a pulse-fan switch. Heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior, with attractive No. 4 finish.
