Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4604AA_LP, is a commercial propane unit with a 60-3/4" wide footprint and 394,000 total BTUs, built for high-volume line cooking. It has a split open-burner top with (5) star/sauté burners in front and (5) standard 33,000 BTU burners in the rear, plus removable cast-iron grate tops, standing pilots, and a front manual gas shut-off with factory-installed regulator. The base is two convection ovens with battery spark ignition, 175°F–550°F thermostat range, 3 racks per oven, and a switchable standard-oven mode; stainless front/sides and the 37" high cooktop suit busy full-service kitchens and banquet production where a large floor range is needed.
