R30C ranges have a convection oven base. (1) 30" Griddle Plate - Marine Rated. The 30-inch electric range with convection oven base, model R30C, has 3Ø phase at 208 V and 60 Hz. input kw: 19.8. Heavy duty 430 stainless steel exterior insulated on six sides. Each cook-top component has individual controls. The convection oven has a heavy-duty right-hinged door with magnetic closure, an ON-OFF power switch, and a two-speed fan with fan-pulse capability and HIGH-LOW speed fan switch. The convection oven is supplied with five chrome-plated oven racks. Lang Electric 30-inch ranges have a table-listed width of 30.2 in (766 mm).
