The Anets AEP14 Series fryers have a fry-area second-listed dimension of 14 in. The fryer tank is stainless steel. The cabinet has a stainless-steel front, door, and sides. Standard features include an element rack, a drain-line clean-out rod, a fryer cleaning brush, and a fryer-cleaner sample packet. The fryers use fixed immersion type heating elements with high temp alloy sheath, mercury-free contactors, drain valve interlock, a 1-1/4 in full port drain, and a 3/16 in bottom hinge. Each fryer requires its own separate power cord. Basket-lift power is wired into the fryer's high-voltage line terminal block, except for 480 V, which requires another separate 115 V (6.8 amp) power-cord connection to the unit.
