EMT-6S-6. The EMT-6S-6 kettles are direct-connected steam kettles. Each of the two EMT-6S-6 kettles has a capacity of 6 gallons (23 litres). The EMT-6S-6 kettles are mounted on a cabinet base. The kettle interior is 316 stainless steel for high acid content products. Each EMT-6S-6 kettle tilts to 90°. The EMT-6S-6 is electrically heated by a steam boiler. The EMT-6S-6 steam boiler is rated at 24 kW. The EMT-6S-6 steam boiler is rated at 220 VAC for the listed 3-phase, 50/60 Hz option. The 24 kW, 3-phase EMT-6S-6 draws 63 A per line at 220 V. The EMT-6S-6 electrical connection is field-wired.
