Middleby/Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range with a standard oven, built for a heavy-duty commercial kitchen. It combines three star/sauté burners in front, three 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, a 24" right-side raised griddle/broiler, and a 45,000 BTU oven base for a 276,500 BTU total output, so it fits high-volume cooking, sauté, and mixed grill/griddle work rather than a compact line unit. It is natural gas only, 60.75" wide with a cabinet base, stainless front and sides, standing pilots on the open burners, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, and a front manual gas shut-off; 10" side and rear clearances and professional installation are required.
