Convection oven bases have stainless steel lining; oven sides and bottom are removable without tools. One oven rack is provided, with wires curled around the main frame and chrome plated. Provide with 1/3 HP 115/60/1 blower motor. A convection oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 500°F.
