Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4602AC-5R_NG, is a heavy-duty floor range for high-volume kitchen lines, with a 60-3/4" wide, 37" high top and 319,000 BTU on natural gas. It’s set up with open top burners over a convection oven base and cabinet base, using stainless front/sides, wavy cast-iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven, and a front manual gas shutoff; the oven base is 115V, 3PH, NEMA 5-15. This is the right fit where a full-size commercial range is needed for production cooking and bake-off work, rather than a compact or countertop unit.
