Double Gas Convection Oven. The double ZEPHAIRE-200-G configuration has two oven compartments. Each ZEPHAIRE-200-G compartment accepts five 18 × 26 in standard full-size bake pans at once. Each oven section of the Blodgett ZEPHAIRE-200-G has eleven rack positions. The temperature control range of each Blodgett ZEPHAIRE-200-G oven section is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). Natural gas is a listed gas type for the BLODGETT ZEPHAIRE-200-G oven section’s gas supply. The ZEPHAIRE-200-G natural-gas inlet pressure range is 7.0 in W.C. minimum to 10.5 in W.C. maximum. The ZEPHAIRE-200-G maximum gas input is 60,000 BTU/hr per oven section. The SSI-M control for each oven section of the Blodgett ZEPHAIRE-200-G uses solid-state infinite control technology. The SSI-M control for each oven section of the Blodgett ZEPHAIRE-200-G has separate dials for the thermostat and timer. The oven has a full angle iron frame, stainless steel front, top, sides and legs, and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom.
