Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603AC-2TR_NG, set up as a heavy-duty commercial range with 6 open-top 33,000 BTU star burners, a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right, and a convection oven base over a cabinet base. At 278,000 total BTUs and 60.75" wide by 44.5" deep, it’s a high-output floor model for busy production kitchens, with stainless front/sides, cast iron removable grates, standing pilots on the top, and battery spark ignition for the oven base. It runs on natural gas and also needs 115V/3PH power for the convection oven, so it fits operations needing both burner throughput and an oven in one footprint, such as full-service restaurants or banquet prep lines.
