The Platinum PRO Series bakery electric convection oven is a double-deck oven. The two oven cavities in the PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE double oven are arranged vertically, one above the other. The Platinum PRO Series oven uses electrical heating elements. voltage: 208. The Platinum PRO Series oven's electrical system is available in a single-phase configuration. The electrical phase for electric PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE ovens must be specified upon ordering. The touchscreen control digital display shows time and temperature, and a fan-cycle timer pulses the fan. The Platinum PRO Series touchscreen controls have a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F. Each Platinum PRO Series oven has 11 different rack positions. The Platinum PRO Series rack guides are spaced on 1-5/8 in. centers. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top. The oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
