Imperial Pro Series IR-10-E-CC is a 60" freestanding commercial electric range with a convection-oven base: 10 round 2.6 kW plate elements on top and two 5.3 kW convection ovens below, for a total 38.4 kW on 480V, 3PH. It’s a full-size floor range for high-volume kitchen lines, with independent infinite heat controls, insulated side-compartment oven controls, stainless steel construction, and a spill-resistant top; each oven has three chrome racks and a porcelainized interior. At 60" W x 30.5" D x 56.5" H and 1,027 lb, it needs dedicated field wiring, professional install, and is suited to busy commercial kitchens that need both electric range capacity and dual convection baking in one footprint.
