ECOD-AP1. Single Oven. One deck of the ECOD convection oven has an optimum capacity of 5 18″ × 26″ full-sheet pans. The ECOD oven operating temperature range is 150 to 450°F. The ECOD convection oven controls use a knob-set interface. The ECOD ovens are supplied with solid state control packages. The ECOD convection oven fan has two speeds. Each ECOD 5-pan full-size oven unit has an electrical heating input of 11.66 kW. The Lang Strato ECOD-AP1 draws 56.1 A at 208 V on 1-phase power. The ECOD convection oven exterior is made of 430 Series stainless steel.
