IR-8-EW. The Pro Series wafer plate ranges have thermostatically controlled plates. fuel type: electric. width in: 48. The range features 12” x 12” (305 x 305) plates in front, and 12” x 13” (305 x 330) in rear. The standard oven has a baffle above the element to distribute heat flow for even cooking temperatures throughout the 5.3 kW oven; a splatter screen protects the element from spills. The standard oven thermostat is heavy-duty. The lower endpoint of the standard oven's thermostat temperature range is 150°F (65°C). The range has a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate. The stainless steel seams are welded and polished. One year parts and labor warranty.
