The Southbend Platinum Series electric convection oven has a single-deck configuration. PCE11S/T. The PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T ovens are electric units. The PCE11S/S and PCE11S/T ovens have 11 kW for heating elements per deck. The PCE11S/S and PCE11S/T ovens are listed for 208 VAC, 60 Hz supply. For the PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T electric units, the phase must be specified upon ordering. The PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T electric units are available for three-phase operation. The PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T oven interiors are 29 in (737 mm) wide. The PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T oven interiors are 20 in (508 mm) high. The PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T oven interiors are 21.50 in (546 mm) deep. The Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 rack positions in each oven cavity. A hood is not required for PCE single ovens using the ventless option.
