Middleby Imperial® Pro Series IR-4-EW-XB is a 24-inch-wide freestanding electric wafer plate range with an open cabinet base, built for indoor commercial kitchens that need a compact floor model with storage. It has four sealed wafer elements—two 12" x 12" plates in front and two 12" x 13" plates in the rear—running on 240V, 3-phase power at 15 kW/36 amps, with infinite heat controls and a thermostat for holding temperature during peak service. The stainless steel body, 650°F max surface temp, 3.25" landing ledge, heavy-duty leveling legs, and optional casters or solid doors make it a fit for busy line cooking where quick-heating, spill-resistant surface cooking is needed.
