EMT-6S-6. The EMT-6S-6 kettles are direct-connected steam kettles. Each of the two EMT-6S-6 kettles has a capacity of 6 gallons (23 litres). Each EMT-6S-6 kettle has a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. Each EMT-6S-6 kettle tilts to 90°. The kettle interior is 316 stainless steel for high acid content products. The EMT-6S-6 is electrically heated by a steam boiler. The EMT-6S-6 steam boiler has a listed 42 kW option. The EMT-6S-6 steam boiler is rated at 240 VAC for the listed 3-phase, 50/60 Hz option.
