Southbend Ultimate Range 60" gas range, model 4603DD-2TL_LP, is a freestanding heavy-duty commercial range with a standard oven base, set up for propane and indoor use. It combines (6) 33,000 BTU star burners, a 24" thermostatic griddle on the left, and (2) 45,000 BTU standard ovens for a total of 336,000 BTUs, so it fits high-volume line cooking, griddling, and baking in a busy restaurant kitchen. The unit has stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark oven ignition, 10" side/rear clearance requirements, and weighs 1,075 lb, making it a floor-model centerpiece rather than a compact line unit.
