Each Southbend … P32-TC combination top has one charbroiler section. The griddle section on each Southbend … P32-TC combination top is 16 inches wide. The Southbend 16-inch griddle has two burners. Each burner on the Southbend 16-inch griddle is rated 20,000 BTU on NAT. The thermostatic control for the Southbend 16-inch griddle operates in a stated surface-temperature range of 180°F to 400°F. The 16-inch charbroiler has removable cast iron grates with adjustable front-to-back slope that flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width, stainless steel burner radiants, and a removable drip tray. The Southbend 16-inch charbroiler has a surface temperature of 600°F on the high setting. gas input btu: 80000. gas type: natural gas. Each P32 unit's rear gas connection has a 1-inch connection size.
