HDC-60 and HDCL-60 charbroilers are listed for propane-gas input of 200,000 BTU/hr. Each HDC and HDCL unit using propane requires a minimum supply pressure of 11 inches W.C. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control. The supplied cooking grates are cast iron. Lava briquettes are provided as standard for Southbend Counterline charbroiler HDCL units. HDC and HDCL units are for use in non-combustible locations only. HDC and HDCL units must be installed under a vented hood.
