The controls for the PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE electric oven are single phase. Electric PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE ovens are available for three-phase operation. The electrical phase for electric PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE ovens must be specified upon ordering. The Platinum PRO Series standard controls have a temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. For the PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE ventless option, a hood is not required. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top.
