Wells heavy-duty, top-mount, drop-in, Modular food warmers are designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. The MOD400 Series accommodates four 12” x 20” standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. Each MOD400 series well accepts a 12 in x 20 in pan format. fuel type: electric. voltage: 208. plug type: field wired per local code. The MOD400 Series food-warmer has separate controls for each individual well. The MOD400 Series food-warmer's thermostatic-control panel is front-mounted. A one-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. The MOD400 Series has fully insulated construction. The MOD400 series models listed in the specifications table have an overall width of 57-1/2 in (1461 mm).
