Wells patent-pending dry well units are designed to efficiently hold heated foods at safe serving temperatures without water or drains. Each Wells MDW dry well is designed to hold one standard full-size steam table pan up to six inches (152 mm) deep, or equivalent fractional pans, per well. Wells MDW dry well units provide an individual control for each well. Wells MDW dry well units are constructed in the U.S.A. with a corrosion-resistant type 430 stainless steel body. The MDW400 unit total electrical input is 2.44 kW at 208 V, 3Φ. Wells MDW dry well units are designed to be top-mounted. The MDW400 unit top width [A] is 57.5 in (1.46 m).
