Convection Ovens

DFG-100-ESSGL_LP. Single. Each DFG-100-ES oven compartment accepts five 18 in x 26 in standard full-size bake pans. The DFG-100-ES is specified for propane with an inlet supply pressure of 11.0 in. W.C. minimum to 13.0 in. W.C. maximum. The DFG-100-ES maximum gas input is 45,000 BTU/hr (13.2 kW) per oven section. The Artisan touchscreen control's listed functions include manual cooking, recipe cooking, cook and hold, core probe cooking, fan delay, and fan pulse. The DFG-100-ES solid-state thermostat has a temperature control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). The DFG-100-ES has a full angle-iron frame and stainless-steel front, top, and sides. In the DFG-100-ES oven's 115 VAC supply configuration, the voltage rating is 115 VAC. In the DFG-100-ES oven's 115 VAC supply configuration, the frequency rating is 60 Hz. The DFG-100-ES carries an ENERGY STAR mark.
