Electric Double Invoq Boilerless Combi Oven. The Stackit arrangement stacks two ovens. The 10-2/1 GN + 6-2/1 GN capacity configuration supports 1/1 GN pans. The 10-2/1 GN + 6-2/1 GN capacity configuration supports 2/1 GN pans. The 10-2/1 GN + 6-2/1 GN capacity configuration supports full size sheet pans. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN assembly includes a 6-2/1 GN oven section. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN is specified for 208 V, 3Ph AC supply. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN uses 22.3 kW power consumption in the top oven. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN bottom oven has power consumption of 31.3 kW. The touch display is fast-reacting and intuitive for smooth and easy operation. The user interface has a super-wide viewing angle; self-explanatory symbols and guidance support operation, and it is operated by Android 9. It is compatible with Middleby UI for multiple devices with the same control. The cavity is made of 304/DIN 1.4301 steel, with seamless welding and rounded corners for airflow and cleaning. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN oven's cleaning system is fully automatic.
