The Model CM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler is a counter-style unit. CM-RMB-600 models use a V-shaped radiant for each burner. The top grid is free floating to allow expansion and contraction without warping. The round top grid has standard spacing and a quick-lift handle. The cabinet is fully insulated and double walled, with stainless steel on all four sides. The unit has water tubs, a stainless steel service shelf with towel bar, individual front burner controls for precise regulation, all-stainless-steel burners, and a top grid scraper. Standard-output size 648 CM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler models have a gas output rate of 150 Kbtu/hr. The CM 648 / 648-H charbroiler has 10 burners.
