It’s set up as a heavy-duty high-volume line unit with four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners on wavy grates plus a 36" manual griddle on the right, for 172,000 total BTUs, and instead of ovens it has two cabinet bases for storage. The stainless front and sides, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot/open-top burners, and battery spark ignition for the cabinet bases make it a practical choice for busy restaurant kitchens that need a large range top and griddle in one 60" platform.
