The Carter-Hoffmann hotLOGIX HL5-8 heated holding cabinet has a pan capacity of 8 pans measuring 18 × 26 in., at 3 in. (76 mm) pan spacing. The HL5-5 and HL5-8 cabinets are rated at 120 volts. The HL5-5 and HL5-8 cabinets are single phase. The HL5-5 and HL5-8 cabinets are rated at 9.2 amperes. plug type: nema 5-15. The cabinets have a double-wall insulated aluminum construction, filled with 2-inch-thick high-density fiberglass wrap-around insulation; the exterior is .063 with 2V finish, and the full-depth caster bolster has a perimeter supports welded to bolsters.
