Imperial’s ITG-48-E-VENTLESS is a 48-inch electric thermostatic countertop griddle, not a fryer or oven, built for indoor commercial line cooking. It runs on 480V, 3-phase power, draws 16 kW, and needs a dedicated circuit and professional installation; the 31-inch-deep, 14-inch-high body with 4-inch legs puts it in the countertop/line-up class, and the ventless design is compatible with Wells ventless hoods. The 24-inch-deep, 1/2-inch steel plate uses four 4 kW serpentine elements with thermostat control and 550°F max temperature, so it fits higher-volume grill service for burgers, steaks, and vegetables, with stainless steel construction, a 1-gallon grease pan, and an optional chrome top for easier cleanup and different cooking performance.
