EMT-6S-6. The EMT-6S-6 kettles are direct-connected steam kettles. Each of the two EMT-6S-6 kettles has a capacity of 6 gallons (23 litres). The EMT-6S-6 kettles are mounted on a cabinet base. The kettle interior is 316 stainless steel for high acid content products. Each EMT-6S-6 kettle tilts to 90°. The EMT-6S-6 is electrically heated by a steam boiler. The EMT-6S-6 has a 36 kW electrical input rating. The EMT-6S-6 electrical connection is field-wired. The cabinet base has a full-perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, hot and cold water faucet with control valves, 3 in (76 mm) deep sinks with drain and splash guard, boiler mountings, CSD-1 boiler controls, automatic boiler blowdown, split water line, hinged doors with magnetic catches, removable side panels, and an all #4 stainless steel exterior.
