The Lang R36C-M* Series range is 36 inches wide. The Lang R36C-M* Series ATEM top configuration includes six French plates. The Lang R36C-M* Series convection oven holds up to six full-size 18 x 26-inch sheet pans. The oven thermostat for the Lang R36C-M* Series range convection oven has a temperature range of 150–450°F. The Lang R36C-M* Series ATEM French-plate controls use 6-heat switches. The R36C range has a total electrical input of 21.6 kW at 240 V, 60 Hz. The R36C range supports a three-phase electrical supply at 240 V AC, 60 Hz. The R36C range must be installed under an approved ventilation hood. The range has a heavy-duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior with an attractive No. 4 finish.
