Cheese Melter to be Model # JBR-CM-______ manufactured by Jade®. To have high power infrared burner(s). Each burner to be furnished with one stainless steel pilot and gas tubing throughout. To be of 14 gauge all welded construction with stainless steel front, both sides and bottom. Each to be furnished with one stainless steel pilot and gas tubing throughout. Provide heavy gauge wall mount bracket. The JBR-CM36 cheese melter has a rating of 30,000 BTU’s. The JBR-CM36 cheese melter is 21-1/4” high. The JBR-CM36 cheese melter is 36” wide. The JBR-CM36 cheese melter has 1 burner. The cheese melter requires a minimum operating pressure of 5” W.C. for natural gas. The cheese melter gas supply operating pressure has a maximum of 14” W.C. The cheese melter requires a 3/4” connection. The JBR-CM cheese melter’s 3/4-inch gas regulator is shipped loose. The 3/4-inch gas regulator supplied with the JBR-CM cheese melter must be installed for proper operation.
