The Purple Plus controls include time, temperature, heat loss and adjustable shelf compensation, Cook-n-Hold programming, and a 2-speed fan with variable-rate pulse-fan control. The oven has a heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior and interior. The Lang ECOH electric half-size convection oven supports single-phase power at 240 V and 60 Hz.
