The EMT-6S-6 kettles are direct-connected steam kettles. Each of the two EMT-6S-6 kettles has a capacity of 6 gallons (23 litres). The EMT-6S-6 kettles are mounted on a cabinet base. Each EMT-6S-6 kettle has a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The kettle interior is 316 stainless steel for high acid content products. Each EMT-6S-6 kettle tilts to 90°. The EMT-6S-6 is electrically heated by a steam boiler. The 42 kW, 3-phase EMT-6S-6 draws 116.6 A per line at 208 V. The EMT-6S-6 electrical connection is field-wired.
