JCM-24. Cheese melter to be high power infrared burner(s). Each burner to be furnished with one stainless steel pilot and gas tubing throughout. To be of 14 gauge all welded construction with stainless steel front, both sides and bottom. The JCM-24 cheese melter is 24 inches wide. The JCM-24 cheesemelter is 17-1/2 inches deep. The JCM-24 cheesemelter is 21-1/4 inches high. The JCM-24 cheesemelter is rated at 20,000 BTUs. The cheesemelter requires a minimum natural-gas operating pressure of 5 inches W.C. The cheesemelter has a 3/4-inch gas connection. The bracket provided for the cheese melter is a wall-mount bracket.
