The ZEPHAIRE-100-G-ES convection oven uses direct-fired operation. for stacking with an existing ZEPHAIRE-100-G-ES. Each ZEPHAIRE-100-G-ES oven compartment accepts five 18 x 26 in standard full-size sheet pans. Each oven section has a temperature control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). controls: ssi-m solid state infinite control with separate dials for thermostat and timer. The ZEPHAIRE-100-G-ES convection oven uses gas as its fuel. Each ZEPHAIRE-100-G-ES oven section has a maximum gas input of 45,000 BTU/hr (13.2 kW). Each ZEPHAIRE-100-G-ES oven section requires Natural Gas inlet pressure of 7.0 in W.C. minimum to 10.5 in W.C. maximum. The 115 VAC ZEPHAIRE-100-G-ES oven electrical supply is rated at 115 VAC. Stainless steel front, top, and sides.
