Quad Fryer with Filter Drawer. AEP18S-D-4FD. Digital Controls. Anets AEP Platinum fryers are electric models. The AEP (18,18R) fryer vat has a cooking depth of 4-3/4 in (12.1 cm). The AEP (18,18R) fryer vat has a cooking-area depth of 18 in (45.7 cm). Basket options include two black-handle twin baskets or one full basket; the full basket is not available on 14T or with basket lifts. The fryer tank is stainless steel. The cabinet has a stainless-steel front, door, and sides. Standard features include an element rack, a drain-line clean-out rod, a fryer cleaning brush, and a fryer-cleaner sample packet. The fryers use fixed immersion type heating elements with high temp alloy sheath, mercury-free contactors, drain valve interlock, a 1-1/4 in full port drain, and a 3/16 in bottom hinge. Anets AEP fryers have a high-temperature safety-limit switch.
