ZEPHAIRE-100-E DBL. double stack oven. The Zephaire-100-E oven has a listed supply voltage of 208 VAC in the 60 Hz, three-phase configuration. The unit is electrically heated with three tubular heaters. Each Zephaire-100-E compartment accepts five 18 x 26 in standard full-size bake pans in left-to-right positions. Each Blodgett Zephaire-100-E oven section has eleven rack positions. The Blodgett Zephaire-100-E temperature control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). The standard control on the Blodgett Zephaire-100-E is an SSI-M solid-state infinite control. The exterior frame is full angle-iron, and the front, top, and sides are stainless steel. The baking compartment has a double-sided porcelainized liner (14 gauge) and an aluminized blower wheel.
