The illustrated Imperial IR-6-E range has six round plate elements. The Imperial Electric Pro Series 36-inch ranges have an overall width of 36 in (914 mm). Chef depth oven interior accommodates standard 18” x 26” (457 x 660 mm) sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. One chrome oven rack is included. Oven holds two racks. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate. Side oven controls are protected from heat in an insulated side compartment. The standard oven has a lowest thermostat setting of 150°F (65°C). 2.6 KW round plate elements with easy-to-clean flat surface. The round plate elements have infinite heat controls. The IR-6-E range has a total electrical input of 20.9 kW. The IR-6-E range draws 67 A at 208 V, 3 phase.
