Southbend Counterline griddle models are gas-fired. The HDG-60 and HDG-60-M griddle models are listed for propane. gas input btu: 100000. Each 12-inch burner on Southbend Counterline manual griddle models has a gas input rating of 20,000 BTU. The HDG-60 and HDG-60-M griddles are 60 in (1525 mm) wide. The griddle plate is polished rolled steel. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick. The griddle plate is fully welded and includes side splash guards and a grease drawer. Southbend Counterline griddles use electronic spark ignition. Southbend Counterline griddles use battery power for their ignition. Southbend Counterline griddles have a 3/4-inch rear gas connection. The HDG griddles must be installed under a vented hood.
