Artisan Stone Deck Oven. The Doyon 1T4 oven holds one 18″ × 26″ full-size sheet pan per deck. The Doyon 1T4 oven has programmable touchscreen control. The Doyon 1T4 oven has an independent steam tank for each deck. The dual-zone independent element control provides temperature calibration above and below the product and dynamically compensates for heat loss during loading and unloading. The stone interior of each of the Doyon 1T4 oven’s four decks is 3/4 inch thick. The Doyon 1T4 oven is electric. For the Doyon 1T4 oven's 240 V, 3-phase configuration, the listed power is 20 kW.
