The CookTek IDW652L is a drop-in unit. The SinAqua is a waterless buffet warmer featuring an aluminum housing and a high-impact polycarbonate interior surface. It requires no water lines or drains and has precise temperature holding for each pan to maximize food quality. The 14.75″ (375 mm) round drop-in SinAqua models IDW650L and IDW652L require a 14.75″ (375 mm) diameter counter cutout. 14.75″ (375 mm) round drop-in SinAqua models … IDW652L … have a full unit diameter of 16.02″ (407 mm). The 14.75″ (375 mm) round drop-in SinAqua models IDW650L and IDW652L have a full unit height of 7.56″ (192 mm). The CookTek IDW652L has a rated electrical input of 650 W in the listed regional configurations. The CookTek IDW652L is rated for 200–240 V in the listed regional configurations. The CookTek IDW652L is rated single phase. Each unit is programmed with automatic pan detection for efficient warming of induction-compatible pans. Automatic pan detection allows instant energy transmission to the pan and almost no energy consumption when a pan is not present. The unit is available with four standard set temperatures, with more temperatures available via the controller. The warmer has a lock feature that prevents unwanted setting changes.
