The Southbend Platinum Series standard gas convection oven is a single-deck oven. gas type: propane. The Southbend 90,000-BTU single-deck oven configuration has a stated input rating of 90,000 BTU. The Southbend standard-control single-deck convection oven has a lowest stated thermostat setting of 140°F. The Southbend standard-control single-deck convection oven has a highest stated thermostat setting of 500°F. Each Southbend single-deck convection oven cavity has 11 rack positions. The Southbend Platinum Series single-deck convection oven has a two-speed blower fan motor. The oven heating is regulated by an adjustable solid-state thermostat control; jet-stream-style burners direct flame toward the rear of the combustion chamber, and combustion products are drawn into the oven interior and recirculated before venting. The PCGS-SINGLE ovens are supplied standard with 120 V, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical service.
