Imperial’s IR-10-E-CC is a 60" freestanding electric restaurant range with a convection-oven base, set up as a heavy-duty floor model for commercial kitchens. It has 10 round 2.6 kW plate elements plus 2 convection ovens, runs on 240V/1PH with 30.6 kW total draw and 71 amps, and needs a dedicated circuit and professional install; the 60" x 30.5" footprint and 1,027-lb weight put it in the high-volume line-up. Trade features that matter in a comparison are the spill-resistant top, independent infinite heat controls, porcelainized oven interiors, and heat-protected oven controls in an insulated side compartment, making it suited to busy full-service kitchens, banquets, and high-production cooking where separate top and oven output are both needed.
