The Southbend Platinum Series bakery gas convection oven has a double-deck configuration. The PCGB-DOUBLE gas double convection oven assembly has two oven decks. The PCGB-DOUBLE gas double convection oven assembly has its two oven decks vertically stacked. The oven is available configured for natural gas. Each oven deck is available with a 50,000 BTU burner input. With touchscreen controls, the digital display shows time and temperature, a fan-cycle timer pulses the fan, and recipes can be created and used in oven-group Rack mode to cook multiple items at once on different timers. The touchscreen-control oven's lowest stated cooking temperature setting is 150°F. The touchscreen-control oven's highest stated cooking temperature setting is 550°F. Each oven cavity in the PCGB-DOUBLE assembly has an interior height of 20 in (508 mm). Each oven cavity in the PCGB-DOUBLE assembly has an interior width of 29 in (737 mm). Each oven cavity in the PCGB-DOUBLE assembly has an interior depth of 29 in (737 mm). The oven has 11 rack positions in each oven cavity.
