Countertop Fryers
The F30 fryer is a countertop unit. The F30 has two pots (vats). The F30 fryer uses electric power. Snap-action thermostats provide responsive temperature control from 200°F (93°C) to 375°F (191°C). The fryers have a stainless steel body and a stainless steel kettle. Immersion-type heating elements provide even heat distribution and swing up for simple maintenance. F30 models have a built-in high-limit safety thermostat. The F30 fryer is listed at 208/240 V. A plug is not included with the F30 fryer. The F30 models are UL certified.
