The Holman 214HX is a countertop infrared electric conveyor oven, not a deck or convection oven, built for fast pass-through cooking in a compact footprint. It runs on 208V, 1PH, 19.3 amps with a NEMA 6-30 plug and dedicated circuit, and its 14-inch-wide by 31-inch-long belt, adjustable 1-1/2" to 3" openings, and quartz infrared heaters above and below the conveyor suit high-throughput items like pizza, subs, cookies, and fish. Analog belt-speed and top/bottom heat controls, a cool-to-the-touch forced convection system, removable crumb tray, and optional stacking kit make it a practical choice for compact commercial lines where space and speed matter.
