The Southbend S-Series range is classified as a restaurant range. 60-3/4 inches wide. gas type: propane. Each Southbend S-Series open-top burner has a gas input of 24,000 BTU per burner on LP. The Southbend S-Series open-top burners are one-piece. The range has individual, removable cast-iron grate tops; the rear holds up to a 14-inch stock pot. The Southbend S-Series standard oven is rated at 35,000 BTU per oven. The Southbend S-Series standard oven thermostat is adjustable from 175°F to 550°F. The Southbend S-Series standard oven includes a flame-failure safety device. The range has a factory-installed pressure regulator. Propane-gas supply requires a minimum inlet pressure of 11 in. W.C.
