The Ultrafryer electric frying system is an electric fryer. Each UE (20, 20R) fryer has an oil capacity of 125 lb (57 kg) / 17 gal (64.4 L). The UE20 fryer has a 20 x 20 in (50.8 x 50.8 cm) frying area. The fryer tank is stainless steel, and the cabinet has a stainless steel front, door, and sides. UE (18, 20) draws 36 A per line at 480 V single phase. The Ultrafryer UE18 and UE20 electric frying systems carry the NSF mark. The fryer has a 1 ½” (3.81cm) full port drain valve for fast draining.
