The DFG-100 is a gas convection oven. The single arrangement of the Blodgett DFG-100 oven has one compartment. Each DFG-100 standard-depth baking compartment accepts five 18″ × 26″ standard full-size baking pans. Each section of the Blodgett DFG-100 oven is specified for propane supply. The DFG-100 single oven section has a maximum gas input of 55,000 BTU/hr per oven section. For propane, the DFG-100 inlet supply pressure is 11.0 in. W.C. minimum to 13.0 in. W.C. maximum, per section. The DFG-100 power supply is 115 VAC. The DFG-100 power supply is rated at 6 A. The DFG-100 Artisan touchscreen control with meat probe allows Manual Cooking, Recipe Cooking, Cook and Hold, Core Probe Cooking, Fan Delay, and Fan Pulse. The DFG-100 has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. The DFG-100 single oven has a floor-space width of 38-1/4 in. (972 mm). The DFG-100 single oven has a floor-space depth of 36-7/8 in. (937 mm).
